Food Safety Day

 

Sponsored by Purdue Extension / Johnson County & the Johnson County Health Department.

 

What is Food Safety Day?    It is an opportunity for you to get training in food safety & the latest Indiana Food Code at no cost to your establishment or food service employees.

Time Involved?    The Food Safety Day training is a 2-hour program.

Food Safety Day Topics:

  • Foodborne Illness
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-Contamination
  • Time-Temperature Abuse
