How to Obtain a Food License

  1. Complete the Application  

  2. Submit Layout Plans, Equipment Schedule , Menu, & Plan review application for our review & approval

  3. Pay all appropriate fees

  4. Contact all appropriate departments

  5. Notify our office for a pre-opening inspection

Once you have gained approval from all the appropriate departments, & have a license, you may open.
