    Adult Vaccines

Adult vaccines are available if you meet the eligibility requirements.

Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap)  

Tetanus, diphtheria (Td) 

Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) 

Varicella (Chicken Pox) 

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)  Gardasil 

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)  Cervarix 

Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B combination vaccine (Twinrix) 

 

Due to exhausted funding, we are unable to offer Meningococcal vaccine to anyone 19 or older.  This may change once funding is available again.  Please refer to your physician. 

If you are in need of any of these vaccines, you may call 346-4368 to talk with the immunization coordinator to inquire about eligibility requirements.
