Children’s Vaccines available for those 6 weeks to 18 years of age.  You may click on each of the vaccines to view a Vaccine Information Statement.

Hepatitis B    

Diptheria, Tetanus,  Pertussis (DTaP)  

Haemophilus Influenzae Type B (Hib)  

Inactivated Polio 

Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) 

Varicella (Chicken Pox) 

Pneumococcal 

Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis (Tdap) 

Rotavirus 

Meningococcal (MCV4)

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Gardasil 

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Cervarix

H1N1 Influenza 

Some of the above vaccines are available in combination vaccines.

The above vaccines are free to all Johnson County Residents through the age of 18. 

Immunizations are by appointment only.  You must provide a complete shot record prior to making your appointment.  You may call 346-4368 to speak with the immunization coordinator.
